  • Payment terms (e.g., due dates, late fees) will be included in our invoices or contracts.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property we create for you (e.g., custom workflows, scripts) remains your property once payment is complete.
  • Our proprietary methods, frameworks, and pre-built assets remain owned by Bot and Beyond AI.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or specific business outcomes.

You are responsible for testing, reviewing, and approving automations before using them in production.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law: Bot and Beyond AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these Terms or misuse our solutions. You may also terminate your engagement with us at any time by notifying us in writing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
